New Transformers: Dark Of The Moon Featurette Shows Off Base Jumpers

Ok, now this is pretty freaking cool. Released today was a new featurette showing off how Michael Bay and crew pulled off the base jumping scenes in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Despite what you may think, it's all real, no CGI was involved. Base jumping off of mountains is one thing, but in the middle of Chicago, well you only get that in a Michael Bay flick. Apparently, the scene, and the whole movie for that matter look fantastic in 3D.

Despite what you may think, it’s all real, no CGI was involved. Base jumping off of mountains is one thing, but in the middle of Chicago, well you only get that in a Michael Bay flick. Take a look at the video below and you’ll see what I mean. It’s already jaw dropping in the featurette and I can’t even imagine how awesome it will look in 3D. These guys are absolutely crazy and you can’t help but to stare in awe as they fly throughout Chicago. If there’s one thing that you can always count on Bay for, it’s damn good action scenes.
