We are, at the time of writing, exactly one month out from the release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and Disney’s marketing machine is beginning to kick into overdrive.

This week alone, we’ve welcomed the arrival of not one, but two TV spots for the Gareth Edwards-directed offshoot, with one snippet in particular unveiling Warwick Davis’ cameo role. Eager to keep that momentum burning bright, another pair of teasers have landed online only this time, they’re designed for the international audience.

Capping off this most recent Rogue One media dump is the film’s official IMAX poster (see below), which rounds up the Rebel fighters and assembles them in a shape reminiscent of a massive Star Destroyer – itself superimposed on the mighty Death Star.

Meanwhile, for those still duking it out in Star Wars Battlefront, next month will also herald the release of a new Rogue One-themed add-on for DICE’s licensed shooter. Taking place on the sun-kissed beaches of Scarif, we understand that the DLC is set to coincide with the arrival of Gareth Edwards’ gritty spinoff on December 16, and we’ll inform you if and when DICE and EA zero in on a specific due date.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is set to take Disney and Lucasfilm’s rejuvenated juggernaut into largely uncharted territory on December 16 – and we couldn’t be more excited. Felicity Jones, Ben Mendelsohn, Diego Luna, Riz Ahmed, Donnie Yen, Forest Whitaker and Mads Mikkelsen are among the ensemble cast.
