Casting on Spider-Man: Homecoming is in full swing now (pun intended), as two more actors have joined the upcoming reboot. As for specifics on the parts that these newcomers will be playing, we really only know about Revolori’s role. Apparently it’s a significant one but there seem to be conflicting reports. Deadline thinks he’s playing Peter Parker’s high school nemesis, while The Wrap believes he’ll be stepping into the role of Manuel, Peter’s friend. Either way, he’ll probably factor into the plot quite heavily.

With production set to get underway this summer, under the direction of Cop Car helmer Jon Watts, we should be learning more about the cast of Spider-Man: Homecoming in the months to follow. It’s certainly shaping up to be quite exciting though, and if those early reviews of Captain America: Civil War are anything to go by, Tom Holland’s version of the character might just be the best one yet.

Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into theatres on July 7th, 2017. Tell us, are you happy with the cast so far?
