After several years of the project not budging, it is being reported that Warner Bros. is again attempting to get their Tarzan movie up and running. After several years of the project not budging, it is being reported that Warner Bros. is again attempting to get their Tarzan movie up and running. It also seems that they may possibly commission two separate scripts that would be written simultaneously.

One script is said to be penned by Adam Cozad who recently wrote Archangel, the Jack Ryan reboot of which Joseph Kosinski is attached. The studio is also, apparently, is talks with Craig Brewer for a different version.

This means that the project can go one of two ways: either Warner Bros. will decide which direction to take the film when both scripts are handed in or they will use the second script as the sequel. Either way, it will be nice to see the character of Tarzan swing back into theatres.
