Watch The Marvel V. DC Crossover We’ve Always Dreamed Of

Thanks to the hard work of two YouTube users and presumed superhero fanboys named Alex Luthor and MR8866, today brings one of the most thrilling and well-made fan videos that has come along in many months. Their so-called “Marvel V. DC Epic Trailer” lives up to its title, delivering a fluid and sprawling compilation of footage from all the big superhero movies, TV shows and video games.

In the trailer, which you can check out below, Hawkeye crosses bows with the Green Arrow, the Flash races up a building to take on Ghost Rider, Batman takes aim at Iron Man and Wonder Woman (Adrianne Palicki, from the unaired TV pilot) races into combat. Also in the mix: Rocket Raccoon, the Green Lantern, Thor, Superman, Captain America, Spider-Man, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Wolverine, Loki, the Joker, Black Canary, Black Widow, Deathstroke, the Winter Soldier, Storm, Iceman, Colossus, Deadpool (getting ripped apart by bullets, it looks like), Nick Fury and – wait, is that Conan???

It’s an epic, confusing and totally awesome look at what will never be, due to the fact that many of these properties are split across Marvel, Warner Bros., Fox and Sony. Stupid studios. One thing’s for sure – Alex Luthor and MR8866 will have their work cut out for them putting together the “sequel” to the Epic Trailer, what with Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man, The Fantastic Four, Deadpool, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, Captain America: Civil War, X-Men: Apocalypse, Suicide Squad, Doctor Strange and The Sinister Six (?) all arriving within the next two years.
