Justin Blau, better known as his stage name 3LAU, is having a killer year so far and doesn’t look to be slowing down anytime soon. His massive single, How You Love Me, is one of the summer’s hottest songs, and a couple of days ago, the DJ released a very special treat for his fans. Taking to SoundCloud, 3LAU dropped an acoustic version of the hit single, and it’s absolutely beautiful.

“For me, every musical idea starts on the piano. I wanted to show you all the initial inspiration for How You Love Me, revealing the spark that made the entire song possible. I’m a musician BEFORE I’m a Producer/DJ, and this is the first of many more non-EDM tracks you’ll hear from me!” said 3LAU.

Bright Lights’ haunting vocals mixed with the Blau’s moving piano work make How You Love Me sound like it was supposed to be an acoustic track from the beginning. This version might be quite a departure from the original, but it’s pretty amazing how well it flows and just how powerful it is.

I honestly can’t get enough of the track and I bet you’ll feel the same way once you take a listen. You can check it out for yourself below if you haven’t already heard it. Then, head on down to the comments section and let us know what you think of 3LAU‘s latest release.
