Alesso Returns To Progressive House For His Latest Track

Hot off the back of two very impressive performances at Coachella, Alesso is continuing the momentum in the lead up to his debut album by dropping another new track. Already played out live at Ultra Miami and during some of his other recent sets, “If It Wasn’t For You” has now debuted as a result of a partnership that the producer has formed with fragrance line 212 Carolina Herrera.

Set to be officially released for download on May 4th, this new track from the powerhouse DJ sees him return to his melodic, progressive style after taking a quick departure from it with his last release, the electro-infused “PAYDAY.” It’s a welcome return, too, as the song features an emotional male vocal layered over anthemic melodies that are sure to incite feelings of euphoria when played out to a large crowd. In other words, it’s perfect for the upcoming festival season.

Give “If It Wasn’t For You” a listen in the video above and let us know if you’re digging this new release from Alesso.
