Boys Noize is giving 2016 an epic sendoff with the release of a new recap video this week that commemorates one of his biggest years to date. To make the video that much more memorable, the German DJ has included some fresh remixes taken from the upcoming Mayday Remixxx album.
The clip starts off with some behind the scenes shots of the live setup fans have become familiar with on the Mayday tour. Over the course of three minutes, the recap video relives some of Boys Noize’s most notable performances from the last twelve months. For many fans, though, the soundtrack will be the real draw as we get our first taste of the forthcoming remix collection. We get a new rendition of “Euphoria” courtesy of Boys Noize and MXM, as well as a thumping reprise of “Starchild.”
Overall, the recap video is the perfect way to relive the Mayday tour, while the presence of some unreleased material is sure to have listeners excited. We’re still waiting on a release date for the Mayday Remixxx album, but judging from what we hear in the recap video we’re sure it will be a worthy follow-up to Boys Noize‘s latest record.
