Calvin Harris And R3hab Are Burnin With This New Track

Last week, Calvin Harris revealed the upcoming collaborations that we can expect to see on his new album Motion, which drops on November 4th. One artist that the Scottish DJ will be working with is R3hab, as the two are collaborating on a track called Burnin. Now, a short preview of the song has been uploaded online, and though it's only 90 seconds long and not the full thing, I can't say that I'm a fan just yet.

Last week, Calvin Harris revealed the upcoming collaborations that we can expect to see on his new album Motion, which drops on November 4th. One artist that the Scottish DJ will be working with is R3hab, as the two are collaborating on a track called Burnin. Now, a short preview of the song has been uploaded online, and though it’s only 90 seconds long and not the full thing, I can’t say that I’m a fan just yet.

A bit of a departure from some of the more vocal-heavy music we’ve been hearing from Motion (Blame, Summer, Under Control), Burnin mixes a generic beat with a fast-paced electro build up that then drops into a real club banger, which for some reason I just can’t vibe with. This track may appeal to a certain audience, and will probably find a home on many main stages, but it’s just not for me and after a few listens, I really can’t get into it.

Check it out below though and see for yourself. And be sure to leave a comment letting us know your thoughts on the latest from Calvin Harris.
