Following up on their tremendously successful 2016, The Chainsmokers are already kicking off the new year with a bang. The duo behind “Closer” have signed a new exclusive three year residency deal with Las Vegas’ Wynn Nightlife. This means that XS and Encore Beach Club will be the only night/day clubs that The Chainsmokers will be performing at from now through 2019.

So far, ten dates have been announced between now and May, with The Chainsmokers set to make their first performance in the new deal on January 6 at XS. It’s definitely a big move for the fast rising duo, and Alex Pall expressed their excitement over the residency announcement in a quote.

We are so thrilled to have this residency at the Wynn. They represent the best of what Las Vegas has to offer and we look forward to a great partnership.

Dance music fans based out of Las Vegas will certainly be pleased to see The Chainsmokers become a regular fixture of the nightlife there, though non-locals will have to travel to Sin City if they want to catch a nightclub set from the boys. With Kaskade having recently announced a residency deal with Hakkasan Group, it’s safe to say that the DJ scene in Las Vegas is about to get a lot brighter.
