What a perfect song to close out the sumer. Flo Rida has released Good Feeling, a new single off his upcoming album Only 1 Rida (Part 2).

As the rapper samples Etta James’ Something’s Got a Hold on Me, acoustic guitars and digitzed beats make up the the majority of the song. It’s infectious and the sample is used perfectly.

“Clearing the sample was just amazing. I felt like if we had to do anything different to the record, it probably would’ve taken away from it, but to actually clear the record and hear the outcome is just a blessing. I thank God,” says Flo Rida.

Good Feeling gives off a great dance vibe and is very listenable, like most songs by Flo Rida. It’s an upbeat song that really, leaves you with a good feeling. It’s a great track to end off the summer season as I’m sure it will be receiving a lot of playtime comes this Fall at University clubs and parties.

If you can’t tell already, I’m a fan. And I think you will be too. Check it out below and let us know what you think.
