DVBBS, an EDM duo usually known more for their hard hitting songs like Tsunami and This Is Dirty, have taken a bit of a departure from their signature sound to give us an acoustic version of Gold Skies, a track that saw them collaborate with Martin Garrix and Sander van Doorn for what turned out to be one of their biggest hits yet.

DVBBS, an EDM duo usually known more for their hard hitting songs like “Tsunami” and “This Is Dirty,” have taken a bit of a departure from their signature sound to give us an acoustic version of “Gold Skies,” a track that saw them collaborate with Martin Garrix and Sander van Doorn for what turned out to be one of their biggest hits yet.

Slowed down and featuring Delora’s voice rather than Alesia’s, this acoustic version is actually quite good. With some beautiful piano work and powerful vocals, it turns out to be a welcome surprise from the van den Hoef brothers. Even more welcome is that they’ve released the song as a free download on their SoundCloud page!

Check out the acoustic version of “Gold Skies” below and let us know if you’ll be downloading this free track from DVBBS.
