Every week there’s a ton of great music unleashed onto the internet, especially in the hip hop genre. We’ve gone through a vast chunk of them and here are the tracks that we think are worth checking out.

XV gave us Boss Level which features him on dubstep producer Skrillex‘s single Scary Monster & Nice Sprites. I’ve been a huge XV fan and this song doesn’t disappoint. It shows us just how versatile the man is and why he deserves to be heard.

Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg released the final version of Young, Wild and Free this week, which was leaked in early 2011. This version features Bruno Mars on the hook and is reportedly from the Mac And Devin Go to High School soundtrack, which is a movie starring Snoop and Wiz.

Drake released a second song off of Take Care featuring label mate Nicki Minaj. The song was produced by another Toronto native T-Minus. Enjoy Make Me Proud as you continue to build up the anticipation for Drizzy’s sophomore outing.

DMX is back and has released his comeback song produced by Swizz Beatz, It’s Over The Dog Is Back. Check it out below.

And finally, one of my favourite MCs of all time, Nas, gives us a gem featuring Rick Ross called It’s A Tower Heist.

In the mixtape world, there’s been a couple new things worth checking out. Here’s what we’ve been listening to lately.

Mac Miller has released a new mixtape titled I Love Life, Thank You. It’s in celebration of hitting a million followers on YouTube and it’s well worth the listen.

Machine Gun Kelly also released a new mixtape titled Rage Pack. If you’re a fan, it’s worth checking out.

And finally, we have one last one for you. It’s actually an old one, going back to 1999, but it’s a must have. Saukrates’ The Underground Tapes, one of my favorties and one that I think you guys will enjoy.
