JackLNDN kicks off the EP with his remix, a loungey house rework complete with syncopated rhythms, dreamy synth arpeggios and uplifting melodies. Taiki Nulight is up next, offering up a minimalistic bass house version that switches things up with grimey synths and rolling percussion.

Hot off some excellent remixes for Billie Eilish’s “Six Feet Under” and K.Flay’s “Blood In The Cut,” Aire Atlantica is back to deliver his own pastoral rendition of “Fixed On You.” Warbly synths wane around the song’s vocal track, as hip hop rhythms and booming sub bass forge an enticing rhythmic backdrop. Masayoshi Iimori rounds out the collection with a dirty dubstep rework that transforms the source material into a grinding dancefloor heater.

Overall, the “Fixed On You” EP packs a punch with four diverse re-imaginings of Hotel Garuda‘s single, with each remix offering up something unique.
