Kygo Goes Acoustic To Cover Firestone

Norwegian producer Kygo released his first original single late last year to much acclaim. Titled "Firestone," the track had Conrad on vocals and was an absolute knockout. Now, he's decided to go the acoustic route with a beautiful cover of the song that shows off his talent behind the piano, which we've seen before but still continue to impress us.

How do you make a beautiful song even more beautiful? You cover it with an acoustic version, of course.

It’s not often that we get to see the musician side of producers, so it’s always nice when our favorite artists show off their skills with a live instrument. Plus, this acoustic version of “Firestone” has a ton of emotion in it and hits really hard, so it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re a fan of the original.

With a second single already being teased, and big things in store for him at Ultra next month, Kygo seemingly has the EDM world in the palm of his hand at the moment, and considering that he’s making some of the most enjoyable music in the industry right now, we can’t wait to see what he does next.
