The verse of the song is dominated by the vocals of Wrabel – an American singer/songwriter who appeared on Afrojack’s 2014 hit “Ten Feet Tall.” The drop, however, features an almost ODESZA-esque synth melody that doesn’t sound a whole lot like anything else on the market right now.

Marshmello tweeted the footage of his live debut of “Ritual” the day after his performance at LIV Miami last weekend. However, the venue in the video looks quite a bit larger, so it appears as though he made an appearance somewhere else to premiere the track.

Marshmello still has yet to reveal a release date for “Ritual” featuring Wrabel, but his tweet indicates that it will come out through OWSLA.
