We’ve already told you about how Garrix himself isn’t a fan of his own singing voice and Harris suffers from the same self-doubt, despite the tremendous success of tracks like “Feel So Close” and “Summer” – on each of which he contributed the definitive vocal samples. In the past, he’s explained, “I want each track to be as good as it can possibly be, and that usually means me not singing on it.”

Seeing as how the other artist Garrix named was none other than “Latch” vocalist Sam Smith, though, he seems to hold the Scottish producer’s pipes in high regard.
