With the 2016 edition of Mysteryland USA only a couple months out, the festival’s organizers have followed up their first lineup announcement with a collection of names sure to bolster its draw substantially.
The event’s phase 2 lineup has now been revealed, and it features names that give it stronger underground credentials. In particular, artists like Art Department, Joris Voorn, Eagles & Butterflies and Hudson Mohawk give the event more appeal to fans of dance music’s more sophisticated side. Between John Digweed, Lee Burridge and Rezz, Mysteryland USA’s phase 1 lineup hadn’t alienated that crowd by any means – but its follow up only served to reinforce those themes.
That said, two months can still be quite a long time in the grand scheme of festival lineup announcements. Mysteryland USA‘s organizers might still have some tricks up their sleeves for this year’s edition, so if you’re thinking of attending, then keep on the lookout as the event approaches.
