Sebastian Ingrosso Goes Dark With New Single “FLAGS!”

Does anyone even remember the last time that Sebastian Ingrosso released a track on his own? Technically, it was probably back in 2013 when he dropped "Reload," which itself was a collaboration with Tommy Trash. In the years since, all of the producer's music has been as a part of Swedish House Mafia or Axwell Λ Ingrosso. Today, however, he's put out a brand new track that isn't associated with either of those groups.

Titled “FLAGS!,” the song is a a collab with labelmate Salvatore Ganacci and LIOHN. Taking a turn to the dark side, the hard hitting tune arrives just in time for Miami Music Week, as its speaker-destroying synths ensure it a place amongst main stage sets.

Drawing influence from electro, hip hop and trap, it’s an aggressive bass banger that was no doubt manufactured with festivals in mind, given its vocal telling us to “push up that flag in the air.” It’s a bit of a departure from what Ingrosso has been putting out recently, but it’s sure to find some fans when it officially releases on March 11th.
