Skrillex Teases Unreleased Snails Collaboration During Live Set

In early August, Skrillex unveiled an as of yet to be released track with Snails during an episode of OWSLA radio, giving fans their first taste of a dream collaboration between the two bass lords. Now, a new video has surfaced on YouTube that sees Skrillex testing out his joint effort with the vomit step pioneer during a live set at Magnificent Coloring Day, a festival put on by Chance The Rapper.

The new video gives us a fairly high quality preview of the upcoming collaboration, with much of its two minute duration dedicated to the ID. The drops feature the kind of gross out low end madness we’ve come to expect from Skrillex and Snails, as croaking bass blares over punchy dubstep beats.

It’s always a treat to get a bass heavy banger from Skrillex, and the presence of Snails’ signature grimy sound design is icing on the cake. We can only hope that now that Skrillex is bringing his Snails collaboration on the road with him that we’ll be getting an official release in the near future.
