Aside from the titular track, Tchami teams up with Dombresky on “Freakin,” an upbeat house number that features catchy, percussive synth riffs, deep house piano stabs, mutated vocal samples, and bouncy, futuristic bass.

Things get a bit more serious on “Missing You” featuring AC Slater, as it’s dominated by driving club beats, dark deep house vibes, soulful vocals and ominous drops dominated by elastic bass work. “Superlativ” continues the trends of the two previously mentioned tracks, featuring four on the floor kicks, shuffling hi-hats, and deep, low end wobbles that will get fans moving on the dance floor.

Finally, the future house godfather rounds out the EP with closing track “Alone” featuring Chuck Ellis, bringing the pace down for a light ending to the collection.

Overall, the After Life EP is a strong offering that will surely be a fan pleaser, delivering all the signature characteristics that Tchami has built his brand with. You can head here to purchase the new release.
