It's only been a few weeks since Tomorrowland 2016 came to a close, and while fans are still in a fervor enjoying the live sets and official aftermovie, the major festival brand has dropped some new information that will be keeping Belgium's biggest music event in the headlines.

It’s only been a few weeks since Tomorrowland 2016 came to a close, and while fans are still in a fervor enjoying the live sets and official aftermovie, the major festival brand has dropped some new information that will be keeping Belgium’s biggest music event in the headlines.

Tomorrowland has released an infographic of statistics regarding the festival’s impact on social media this year, revealing some seriously impressive numbers. Tomorrowland’s Facebook page saw over half a million new followers and more than 290 million impressions overall, while Twitter racked up 10.5 million impressions and Instagram gained 2.9 million likes.

The livestream put on by Tomorrowland saw some impressive figures, too, and was broadcast for the first time in China with 1.8 million viewers tuning in. The global livestream saw a total of 13.7 million views from 4.2 million viewers who didn’t make it out to Belgium for the festival.
