Alan Wake’s American Nightmare Headlines Xbox Live House Party

It's that time again, kids. Time for a bunch of hyped up Xbox Live Arcade releases to all be released in the same month under some meaningless banner. This time to the House Party is a pair of survival horror games, an FPS and what I think is a puzzle game.

UPDATE: Microsoft has confirmed that this year’s House Party promotion will begin on February 15.

It’s that time again, kids. Time for a bunch of hyped up Xbox Live Arcade releases to all be released in the same month under some meaningless banner. This time to the House Party is a pair of survival horror games, an FPS and what I think is a puzzle game.

Alan Wake’s American Nightmare and I AM ALIVE are the heavy hitters for the House Party. Rounding out the group is THQs Nexuiz (which I have no idea how to pronounce,) and Warp, the explod-y, possess-y, top-down game.

No specific pricing or dates were revealed for any of the games, but the House Party usually starts the first week of February, so I’d expect to see these on the Marketplace pretty soon.

We’ve also got a trailer showcasing just what you can expect from the upcoming games. Have a look.

Sorry, the video is currently unavailable.

What say you, gamers? Which of these look interesting to you?
