Diddy’s newest lawsuit claims he did something awful to Notorious BIG’s shirt after death

He allegedly disrespected his friend in an awful way.

A recent lawsuit has made serious accusations against the music executive Sean “Diddy” Coombs, focusing on an incident involving a piece of clothing that once belonged to the late artist Notorious B.I.G. The legal complaint, filed by a person identified only as John Doe, describes a series of alleged sexually inappropriate encounters with Diddy over several years, with special attention on a disturbing event said to have happened in 2020. This comes after charges on Diddy ended with few losses for the rapper.

According to TMZ, this lawsuit claims that Diddy masturbated using a shirt from Notorious B.I.G.’s personal collection, ejaculated onto the garment, and then allegedly threw it onto another man, causing bodily fluids to land on the man’s lap and arm. The main part of the recent accusations comes from an incident in September 2020. According to the plaintiff, he was at a listening session with Diddy related to a project involving Biggie Smalls.

This session supposedly happened at a warehouse in Los Angeles where Notorious B.I.G.’s clothes were stored. During this gathering, the lawsuit says Diddy pressured the plaintiff to take ketamine. It also claims that Diddy provided various illegal drugs to everyone present at the warehouse. The complaint describes a chaotic scene where people, under the influence of drugs, were moving around unpredictably and experiencing altered mental states throughout the storage facility.

Diddy may have disrespected one of his best friends after death

The story continues with the plaintiff saying he ended up alone in a room with Diddy. At this point, the lawsuit states, Diddy began watching porn on a cell phone. The accusations then say Diddy took one of Notorious B.I.G.’s shirts from a clothing rack. In front of the plaintiff, Diddy reportedly started masturbating. The John Doe claims Diddy then told him to “finish” the act.

Before the plaintiff could respond or react, Diddy allegedly reached orgasm, ejaculating onto the shirt. After this, the lawsuit says Diddy laughed, threw the semen-covered shirt onto the plaintiff’s lap and arm, laughed again, said “RIP Biggie,” and then left the room, leaving the plaintiff to deal with what had just happened.

In addition to the 2020 incident, the John Doe’s lawsuit includes another earlier accusation against Diddy. This claim goes back to 2005, long before the warehouse incident. In this separate accusation, the plaintiff says Diddy forced his penis into the plaintiff’s face and ordered him to “suck it.” This older accusation, included in the same legal filing, adds to the broader claims of sexually inappropriate behavior by Diddy over many years.

The inclusion of this past accusation suggests the plaintiff is trying to show a repeated pattern of behavior through the legal case. In response to these serious accusations, the John Doe is taking legal action against Diddy. The lawsuit lists several charges being brought against the music executive.
