Currently in the midst of the hectic summer touring circuit, the relentless Eric Prydz is showing no signs of letting up. After opening Tomorrowland’s mainstage with an epic three hour set, the legendary DJ, producer, and label-boss teased his fans this past weekend with previews from his upcoming EP, PRYDA 028. But despite the tantalizing video previews to his highly anticipated record, Prydz fans were chomping at the bit to find out more.

Well, fear not, Prydz faithful, as August 4th marks the release of PRYDA 028, which according to Prydz himself, is “mastered and ready for action.” The timing comes with just over a month until his landmark EPIC 3.0 show, set to hit Madison Square Garden on September 27.

As a cherry on top of all this news, the Mouseville and Pryda head honcho uploaded previews of four tracks – Axis, Backdraft, Mija, and Origins – to his SoundCloud page, offering a glimpse into the breathtaking production sure to be featured on the EP. And for those expecting that familiar Pryda sound, PRYDA 028 offers a darker vibe, while maintaining Eric Prydz‘ trademark progressive flair.
