Man got bag of frozen vegetables from Walmart to make tacos. What he found inside made him stop cooking and vow never to shop from Walmart again

A shopper recently discovered a piece of raw chicken inside a bag of Great Value frozen peppers and onions while preparing to make tacos, BroBible reports. This unsettling find has led the TikTok creator, known as @barelyky, to swear off buying grocery products from Walmart entirely.

The creator shared his experience on TikTok, explaining how he poured the vegetables into his pan before spotting the out-of-place ingredient. He noted, “I’m about to make tacos. I’m pouring onions and peppers to make the tacos,” he says. “Then, I see a piece of chicken come out of the bag with a pepper stuck to it,” he says, unveiling the chicken chunk in the pan surrounded by the vegetables.

He pointed out that the meat appeared to be raw, noting the fluids leaking from the piece. “You could tell this is uncooked ’cause look at all that residue,” the content creator alleges, pointing to an opening on the chicken, where there are fluids seeping out.

Beyond the presence of the chicken, the shopper noticed that some of the vegetables inside the bag were frozen together, which raised further concerns about the quality of the product. He expressed his frustration by stating, “You can tell something is wrong. I’m never eating from Walmart ever again,” he vows, disgusted. “I’m never getting peppers from them.”

The creator referenced the company’s recent history with food recalls, pointing to 12 incidents this year, including a recall for a frozen organic triple berry blend due to potential E. coli contamination. In his video caption, he expressed his shock by writing, “Wwhat do i do? call the fda?? i’m gagged and stunned to speak… like what in the cross contamination!!!???”

The video has already racked up over 20,000 views, sparking a wave of reactions from other shoppers. Some commenters shared similar, albeit less dangerous, experiences with frozen food mix-ups. One person mentioned finding a frozen French fry in a bag of onion rings, while another found peas and corn in their pepper and onion mix. Other viewers offered advice on how to handle the situation or avoid it altogether.

One user suggested, “You gotta cut up your own peppers [and] onions. It only takes 5 mins.” Another viewer urged others to avoid the store for food purchases, while a third commenter expressed skepticism about the origin of the chicken, stating, “Throw that s— out. Chicken is not processed in the same plant as vegetables. That [looks] like a set up for a bag.”
