Martin Garrix And KSHMR Might Have A Collaboration In The Works

Nowadays, it’s perfectly common for a collaboration between world-class DJs to arise over a chance social media interaction. Martin Garrix and KSHMR may not have had plans to hit the studio together before this weekend, but by the error of one Twitter user that may have changed.

After both artists played Ultra Music festival last weekend, a fan named Billy Sanders made the following tweet:

stoked to find out @MartinGarrix & @KSHMRmusic have a collab coming out!! my favorite unreleased song from Garrix’s set on Friday!! ???????

While Sanders had been mistaken about the origins of the track, his suggestion led both artists to explore the idea further in subsequent tweets:

Of course, collaborations planned over social media tend to be fickle endeavors. Eric Prydz and deadmau5 teased a track by similar means, but after seven months they still have yet to show anything for it.
