Nintendo Details New Super Mario Bros. 2 Coin Rush DLC

Nintendo of Japan hosted a new Nintendo Direct presentation early this morning, revealing the first details for New Super Mario Bros. 2 DLC packs.

In total, The Big N announced three DLC packs for the game’s Coin Rush mode;  “Go! Go! As Gold Mario Pack” (a Mario-themed level containing 30,000 coins), “Challenge the Record A Pack” (posts high scores to the game’s official website), and “Survival Panic Pack” (a harder set of challenge levels).

All three New Super Mario Bros. 2 DLC packs will launch on October 2nd in Japan, for 200 yen each ($2.57 USD).
