PC Version Of Prototype 2 Delayed To July 24

Activision's upcoming sandbox sequel, Prototype 2, is set for an April 24th release on the Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3. People waiting to play it on their PCs, however, will have to wait a little longer.

Activision‘s upcoming sandbox sequel, Prototype 2, is set for an April 24th release on the Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3. People waiting to play it on their PCs, however, will have to wait a little longer.

A recent announcement on the game’s official Facebook page revealed that the PC version of the game has been delayed exactly three months, with a current targeted release date of July 24th. The announcement also mentioned that more details will be given regarding the delay in the near future.

As for the console versions, a special edition called the RADNET Edition has also been announced, to be available in limited quantities at launch. It will contain 55 free pieces of additional content, ranging from in-game mutations to videos and avatar items.
