Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Will Infect The PC In May

While the console versions of the Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City outbreak is set to spread on March 20, its PC counterpart will be kept at bay until May 18. Capcom just sent out a new press release for that specific version of its upcoming team-based shooter to clarify that date, also taking the time to add in some important technical details.

While the console versions of the Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City outbreak virus is set to spread on March 20, its PC counterpart will be kept at bay until May 18.

Capcom just sent out a new press release for that specific version of its upcoming team-based shooter to clarify that date, also taking the time to add in some important technical details. The game will include Nvidia 3D Vision support, alongside “stunning high-resolution visual effects.” They’ve promised that the spring release will be up to par with its console partners, launching with eight-player online multiplayer and four-player co-op.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will be delivering fans the most vicious triple threat battle of their lives when it launches on March 20 in North America. To give you a taste of what’s to come, we’ve just released our “Brutality Trailer.”

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City for the PC will include all the same features as the console version including the ability to compete in an eight player online team versus battle and four player campaign mode.

Play as Umbrella Security Service (U.S.S.) operatives or the US Government Spec Ops and unleash chaos on the streets of Raccoon City. A terrifying third force, zombies and B.O.W.’s, add to the carnage as players execute brutal kills on their enemies and tactically use the third force to their advantage, utilizing them as a shield against the opposing team.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will be launching in North America on March 20 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, with the PC version shortly after on May 18
