If you want to submit a support ticket, head to this page on Snapchat’s website and select the “I can’t access my account” option. You’ll be prompted to select another option under the header “Oh no! tell us more;” when you see this, select “I see an error message when I log in.” You’ll then see some general troubleshooting advice, which you can try to access your account. If those don’t work and you’ve already exhausted your options, click “Yes” under the prompt “Still need help?” and fill out the form with your information.
