So Avengers: Endgame is on Disney Minus, the crazy, non-existent version of Disney Plus. Everything on Disney Minus plays out like a bootlegged version of the original movie, the trend originates from TikTok user Howieazy and features Disney characters in ways we’ve never seen them before.
One of his most popular TikToks featured Spider-Man turning into Problem-Man as he nonchalantly ignores all the problems in the city; the video garnered over 7.4 million views and 1.4 million likes. Despite being burned time and time again by Disney Minus, he’s decided to pay for the premium version in hopes of finding some good movies. Turns out Avengers: Endgame is no exception however as Howieazy watches in horror as the 2019 blockbuster has some pretty wild additions.
During the climactic battle towards the end of the film, you’d expect to see Captain America, Iron Man, Black Panther, you know, The Avengers. What you wouldn’t expect to see is the Green Arrow, The Na’vi from Avatar and Batman among others also charging Thanos and his armies. Oh, and Thanos has some extra help too, as the T1000 appears alongside some Tie Fighters and Sauron himself. But hey, what did you expect? It’s Disney Minus after all.
Whilst the characters are poorly edited in, and them being there makes zero sense, it does kind of look like a fun movie. Yeah, it would be a hot mess, but it would be absolutely mind-blowing to watch. I would watch the Disney Minus version of Endgame in a heartbeat. The video has almost half a million likes so there must be a few more people out there that want to see this film too.
Howieazy is decidedly less impressed, “this ain’t Avengers, this is Ready Player One!” Yet again, he’s been duped by the hilariously weird parallel universe version of Disney Plus. The straw that seemingly breaks the camel’s back is seeing Captain Jack Sparrow doing his iconic run alongside his Avengers comrades. Will this madness ever end?
