The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings (Enhanced Edition) is steadily approaching with a full head of steam. The acclaimed role-playing game’s much-anticipated console debut has been well-advertised through the use of animated flashbacks, in-game footage and developer diaries, but this is a first. With its latest advertisement video, CD Projekt RED has used its in-house engine to create a six minute-long side story video, which shows main character Geralt of Rivia discovering a cave massacre after being paid for the completion of another job.

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings (Enhanced Edition) is just over a week away from its targeted North American release date of April 17. A PC version will be released at the same time.
