From Monday evening to midnight on Tuesday, Donald Trump probably forgot to take his sleeping pills and ruthlessly abused his phone access. He made over 160 Truth Social posts, posting at times at the rate of almost one per minute.
According to his administration, Trump is always working. But not even a chronically online unemployed person can do what he did. Beginning at around 7 p.m. ET on Monday, Trump spammed over 150 posts until midnight on Truth Social. And you would think he slept afterward, but he resumed the spree again at around 5:48 a.m. on Tuesday, writing:
TRUTH SOCIAL IS THE BEST! There is nothing even close!!!
Judging from the posts, it seems Trump was reposting every MAGA content that appeared on his feed. Hilariously, after resharing some posts, he forgot he had done it and reshared them again a minute later. This makes us question if he really aced those cognitive tests he keeps bragging about. But back to his unhinged spree, here’s what his posts were about:
Conspiracy theories, political attacks, and self-praise
Trump’s mindless spam did not include anything that he does not usually post. He shared news articles and videos praising him, including one that said he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. He even shared about the success of his Venezuelan boat strikes, something that is currently under public scrutiny.
Bragging about his achievements, Trump shared some charts of his administration’s economic performance. According to these charts, he has decreased inflation and deficit, increased manufacturing and capital spending, and given a historic wage hike to Americans. But one conspiracy theory video he reposted has caught everyone’s eye.
Originating from a social media creator, Trump reshared a video suggesting “Venezuelan President Maduro publicly surrendered to President Trump.” It also claimed that he has evidence against Biden asking the Venezuelan government to send drug gangs to the U.S.
Attacks on political opponents
Renewing his constant attacks on Rep. Ilhan Omar, Trump reposted several videos calling for her deportation. He also targeted the Somali community and promoted his immigration policies, including calls for “remigration.” But Omar wasn’t the only target of his spam.
In several posts and reposts, he criticized democratic politicians, including former President Barack Obama, Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi, Mark Kelly, Tim Walz, and more. He also targeted his political opponents, like James Comey and John Brennan, sharing unverified claims about them.
A dozen of his posts were also about Biden’s autopen orders and his announcement of their termination. Trump reposted allegations from users that Biden’s Chief of Staff, Jeffrey Zients, used his autopen. Bizarrely, he also reshared a conspiracy theory that even Michele Obama used his autopen to sign orders.
On the other hand, he shared praises of his own administrative figures, including Tulsi Gabbard and Karoline Leavitt. He also posted a screenshot of a message by Rand Paul, in which he praises the Trump-signed Association Health Plans. Other posts included screenshots of Elon Musk showering his praises on Trump.
Trump has officially lost his mind

While the contents of his posts did not surprise anyone, the number of posts and timing did. People called it “manic behavior,” arguing that it’s time to use the 25th Amendment and elect a new president. Others called it evidence to show “he’s in a downward spiral.”
“That volume and speed of posting is what clinicians flag as loss of impulse control and collapsing reality boundaries,” one user on Instagram wrote.
Talks about Trump’s physical and cognitive decline have been circling for some time now. After he was seen dozing off in the Oval Office, people argued that his age had begun to catch up to him. Soon after, he revealed that he had gone through an MRI, but failed to answer what it was for. He continues to claim that he “aced” his cognitive tests and is perfectly fit.
Trump is currently 79 years old, only a few years younger than former President Biden, whom he criticized for being mentally far gone. This midnight spam now shows that Trump is not as right in his mind as he claims to be, either.
