‘Didn’t he pardon you bro?’: Even the J6 QAnon Shaman has turned on Trump with foul-mouthed furious tirade

Like rats running from a sinking ship.

Once upon a time, Donald Trump‘s MAGA support base was known for its unbreakable loyalty. One of their strengths was that while they may disagree on some issues, they were willing to put aside their differences and come together to focus every atom of their being on supporting Trump through thick and thin.

Nowhere was that more visible on Jan. 6, when his fiercest MAGA allies gathered in Washington at his behest to “stop the steal”. You don’t need me to remind you what form that took, with many MAGA acolytes ending the day in jail cells and facing hefty sentences. If sacrificing your freedom for Trump isn’t loyalty, we don’t know what is.

One of the most prominent people that day was Jacob Chansley, who the press quickly dubbed the “QAnon Shaman”. While wearing a distinctive bison-horned headdress, U.S. flag warpaint, and carrying a six-foot spear, he invaded the Capitol, and pictures of him posing in the Senate Chamber were seen around the world.

Chansley was soon behind bars and was sentenced to 41 months in prison, though was released early in March 2023. Soon after Trump’s second inauguration, the new president granted Chansley an official pardon, causing him to celebrate and vow to “buy some motha f**kin guns”.

“What a fraud”

Well, it seems Trump’s pardon didn’t buy any loyalty. In the wake of the ongoing Epstein drama and Trump’s increasingly clear involvement in it, Chansley has had enough. In a series of furious tweets, he said “f**k Donald Trump”, “f**k this stupid piece of s**t… what a fraud”, and said he’s “YOUR President! NOT MINE!”.

If Trump has lost the QAnon Shaman, he’s in deep trouble with his core base. And, frankly, who can blame them? After all, he recently dismissed them as stupid weaklings, putting them on blast for ever caring about the “Epstein files” he spent the 2024 campaign promising to release.

Despite this, there remain die-hards willing to dismiss the ever-growing evidence that Trump was up to his eyeballs with Epstein as a Democratic hit job. But their numbers shrink every day, with Chansley’s abandonment of Trump a bellwether moment for the movement.

Then again, from Trump’s perspective, he’s already been elected twice, so perhaps it’s time to jettison these hooting morons he’s always secretly hated. Then again, while they’re stupid, ill-informed, and hateful, they’re also highly motivated and heavily armed, so perhaps it’s not the smartest move to stab them in the back quite so viciously.
