Donald Trump might soon ditch America for his next unhealthy obsession – MDGA – Make Disney Great Again

Donald Trump might just have his next campaign slogan in the bag.

Donald Trump‘s latest Truth Social post might just point to his next campaign slogan, which will undeniably soon be plastered across red hats in a city near you. Forget the days of MAGA; it’s onto MADA now — Make America Disney Again, or perhaps it’ll instead be MDGA — Make Disney Great Again.

Regardless, Trump is aiming at the Mouse House, and we see how well that’s been working for his frenemy, Ron Desantis — or as Trump has taken to calling him — DeSanctus. Let’s rewind for a moment, because you might be confused to hear that Trump is against Disney now, with a former track record of supporting the company, but that was the Disney of days past as far as he’s newly concerned.

Just a month ago, Trump used Truth Social to share the following statement, calling DeSantis by his commonly used nickname and seeming to side more with the Mouse House — just like Casey DeSantis — than the Florida Governor.

“DeSanctus is being absolutely destroyed by Disney. His original P.R. plan fizzled, so now he’s going back with a new one in order to save face. Disney’s next move will be the announcement that no more money will be invested in Florida because of the Governor – In fact, they could even announce a slow withdrawal or sale of certain properties or the whole thing. Watch! That would be a killer.”

His latest post defines exactly where he stands with both Disney and DeSanctimonious (we’re moving on up in our descriptors), and the reason behind his change in opinion won’t be surprising to anyone. In fact, he takes a word from the most basic and overused adjective list to call the company a shadow of its former self, further solidifying his ignorance.

Trump continued by saying that DeSantis should have stopped Disney from becoming “woke and disgusting” a long time ago and said that the path to doing so is still easy if the governor would just move forward with it, and with almost 6k likes, we’re all reminded that transformation and progression are still frowned upon by too many Americans today.

While both DeSantis and Trump are anti-Disney, those following politics shouldn’t anticipate seeing the friends-turned-foes team up anytime soon; mutual disdain isn’t enough to bring people together, even if they are using pages out of the same playbook to talk about the Mouse House.

Be it MADA or MDGA, Trump is using Truth Social to make public stances for and against companies in the lead-up to his presidential run in 2024, but nothing he waged against Disney so far has stood to rise, and we have a feeling the same is valid here. The “woke and disgusting shadow of its former self” will soon celebrate a beautiful box office weekend with the live-action retelling of The Little Mermaid, and with the popularity of films like Turning Red and Strange World, it’s clear — Disney isn’t going to be fear-mongered into regressing, so another standoff it is.
