The Donald Trump/Elon Musk feud is once again heating up. The alliance between Earth’s two biggest egotists could never last, with each of them stricken with an incurable case of Main Character Syndrome. But, let’s face it, while Musk might be the richest man in the world, Trump holds all the cards.
Trump is already unveiling plans to kill the EV Mandate, at a stroke rendering Tesla far less profitable. He’s also made rumblings about seizing SpaceX because it’s a crucial piece of defense infrastructure and even hinted at deporting Musk himself.
Musk has flailed back in response, vowing to set up ‘The America Party’ to take down both Republicans and Democrats. Trump, all too accurately, said this would bring “Complete and Total DISRUPTION & CHAOS”. Now, returning to the old hits, he’s back on the Jeffrey Epstein thing, saying it’s suspicious that no one has been arrested:

There are a couple of things to unpack here. Firstly, this post was made at 1 am on Monday morning, Pacific time. Who knows what Musk is doing awake and posting at this time, but it’s very possible to surmise that certain substances beginning with K may be involved.
The second is that someone very famously did get arrested, charged, and imprisoned in connection with Jeffrey Epstein. This is, of course, his partner Ghislaine Maxwell, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison for recruiting and trafficking teenage girls for him to abuse.
In addition, it seems that playing the old hits isn’t working as well as it used to. Replies indicate people are tired of seeing this teased over and over, pointing out that Musk himself has claimed to have the Epstein files. So, if he knows something, why not just say it?
Musk’s own links with Epstein?
In another mildly diverting twist, users have also realized that Musk’s Grok AI chatbot is giving some very curious replies when it’s asked about Musk’s own relationship with Epstein. For example, it begins talking as if it were Elon Musk:

We can’t know what’s going on behind the scenes at xAI, but it certainly appears that Grok has been personally coached to give a stock response to any queries linking Musk to Epstein, so much so that it’s regurgitating verbatim text that lets Musk off the hook.
Make no mistake, Musk really can’t afford to be in Trump’s crosshairs. As the richest man on Earth, he can bully or destroy anyone he likes, except for a handful of people. Trump is one of them: a man with the power and inclination to seize Musk’s assets, erase his U.S. citizenship, and order his ICE goons to put him on the first plane back to South Africa.
Maybe hope really is a lie, and we shouldn’t rely on Trump to ever do the right thing, but seeing him obliterate Musk with the stroke of his pen would be extremely amusing. C’mon, life is tough Mr President, at least let us see this traitor thrown to the lions.
