ICE officer drops the facade and reveals his true racist mindset

In recent days it seems as though ICE have ramped up the raids. Footage of brutality and cruelty are flooding people’s feeds and it seems tension on both sides is rising. Now a video online is sparking conversation after the officer in the footage was heard vocalising his racist views.

The last few weeks have seen protesters gathering outside of the Broadview ICE facility in Chicago, where there has been a lot of pushback against the agency, with clashes between them and the officers being constantly recorded. One incident which is going viral on X appears to show one ICE officer making some rather racist remarks towards those standing outside. 

The footage in question is credited to Ford Fischer/News2share and in it we can see floodlights directed at the protesters. One activist makes a remark towards one of the officers, telling him that photos “better not be for your spank bank.” The officer can be heard saying, “Nothing from your genetic lineage would be in my sp…” before he cuts himself off.

While the activist asks him to repeat his words he opts to keep his mouth shut to avoid fully outing himself as a racist. Another protester can be heard asking, “why don’t they use the word human anywhere once on their website?”

This should not be acceptable from anyone working for ICE

Sadly it isn’t a surprise to hear an ICE officer spouting racist comments towards the protesters. While it may be their job to detain illegal immigrants, this man’s words seem to suggest that the whole agency may be rotten to the core.

“There is no reforming this agency.” wrote one individual on X, “Getting a bunch of racists to staff the department responsible for rounding up potentially illegal citizens definitely doesn’t give off fascist vibes at all,” added a second. And that’s just the problem, no government agency should allow such racist rhetoric to be normalized like this. 

Others pointed out the error in mentioning “genetic lineage,” as all humans share almost the exact same genetic lineage regardless of race. “Oh, you mean that same member of your species you share 99.9 percent of your DNA with isn’t to your liking?” Quipped one viewer, while another chimed in, “Imagine saying “I don’t jack off to humans.” and thinking it’s an insult.”

People are rightfully concerned over the attitude displayed by the officer in the video. If this is the mindset of people working for ICE then it’s no wonder we’re seeing so much footage of people being beaten and thrown around. Professionalism and dignity have apparently gone out the window in favor of men like this that seem to believe they are better than others. Giving individuals like that power over others is a tragedy waiting to happen.
