‘It’s becoming a warzone’: Minneapolis fury boils over, ICE vehicle trashed, equipment destroyed, agents flee

Minneapolis is furious. The city has been invaded by murderous thugs trampling over Americans’ constitutional rights, performing illegal random “citizen checks” and demanding to see papers or be detained, brutalizing and shooting people, and, of course, the street execution of Renee Good.

Even in this freezing January weather many have taken to the streets, wanting to show that the city won’t tolerate Gestapo tactics. ICE agents are now routinely heckled, taunted, and confronted wherever they go, with their every move caught on camera for evidence in future trials.

Authorities have urged the protestors to remain peaceful and non-violent and, for the most part, they’ve shown admirable restraint. But with last night bringing yet another ICE shooting, tempers boiled over.

Footage shows what is apparently an ICE SUV being destroyed by a crowd chanting “f**k ICE!”. The vehicle is being torn apart, the material inside stolen, and laptops stamped on. Apparently, tactical vests within the vehicle were also searched, and the contents were stolen.

It’s unknown where the ICE agents whose car this is are, presumably having fled in fear when it became apparent they were outnumbered.

“Completely dismantled”

A later TV report on KARE 11 detailed the damage. Their reporter on the scene gives us a tour of the “completely dismantled” car, pointing to the Virginia plates, which show that all the windows have been smashed, the contents strewn across the street, and that “profanity was written on the side of the car”.

Video from the scene shows residents are using fireworks to repel ICE agents, who appear to be responding with gas grenades. It should be underlined that there are no reports of any physical injuries to any member of ICE (if there had been, MAGA social media would be having a field day right now).

It’s unclear how the situation will develop from here. ICE agents have the president and his cronies firmly behind them and have been told they have total “federal immunity”, putting them above the law when they’re in uniform.

But the simple fact is that ICE agents are in a city that wants them gone, surrounded by citizens who consider them murderous thugs, and are clearly highly agitated. Where we go from here is anyone’s guess, though we just hope Minnesotans get their city back soon.
