MAGA couple angry that immigrant who worked hard and earned their own money has an expensive Lexus when they don’t

Jealousy will rot you from the inside. Maybe that’s why so many people that are MAGA are terrible both inside and out. A viral video currently making the rounds online shows a couple complaining about an “immigrant” who has a $100,000 Lexus as they imply that the individual should not have such an expensive car.

The video has been shared to Instagram, X and other social media platforms and in the clip we see a man and a woman talking about their neighbour, who is an immigrant, and their brand new car. The man brings up the “brand spanking new Lexus SUV,” asking the camera, “How is that possible? Integrate into the same neighborhood that I’ve worked my entire life to get into.” The woman seems to agree with the sentiment.

As they’re talking the neighbor drives past in his new car and the couple point in apparent disbelief that an immigrant could own such a nice car.

What’s most surprising about the video is how genuinely incapable these people are of wrapping their heads around the concept of somebody from another country coming to the U.S. and working hard for their money. They clearly don’t think their immigrant neighbor is capable of achieving something they’re not able to do and so their minds instantly turn to suspicion against the poor soul.

Is this how all of MAGA think?

It’s clear now why it’s so easy for Trump to convince his MAGA followers that immigrants are the problem. They obviously aren’t capable of higher thought processes. According to the person who shared the video on X the SUV driver the couple labeled an immigrant is actually a U.S. citizen and a physician who went through years of schooling to get to where he is.

Meanwhile the MAGA couple look like they didn’t even finish high school. “This perfectly sums up a large section of the MAGA base.” wrote one person on X, “Their resentment of people of color and successful individuals stems from underlying ignorance and jealousy.”

The attitude displayed by the couple is sheer entitlement. Both seem to think they are owed the nice things their neighbor has simply because their families might have lived in the United States for longer. 

Ask yourself, what would these people say to a poor person asking for a free handout? They’d most likely tell them to work hard and get it themselves, that’s the mindset of most in MAGA. Well the Lexus driver has obviously worked hard and now he’s reaping the rewards, hopefully he can keep making money and move far away from these bigoted neighbors as soon as possible.
