Marjorie Taylor Greene reveals House Republicans mock Trump behind his back: they’re ‘making fun of him, making fun of how he talks’

News alert! House Republicans confirmed as weak cowards!

There are few creatures more debased, humiliated, and craven than the “never-Trump” Republicans who’ve since bent the knee. These are men and women who clearly still look down on and personally despise Trump, but have sold their morality and dignity to him to keep their personal gravy train rolling.

All of which makes Marjorie Taylor Greene‘s downfall all the more tragic. She was one of a handful of Trump true believers – an actual bona fide sincere supporter. You’d think that might count for something in the long haul… But his cruel and casual dismissal of her as Marjorie “Traitor” Greene says otherwise.

Now, apparently on a mission to burn some bridges, Greene is here to tell the world what House Republicans say about Trump behind closed doors. She describes them as “terrified to step out of line” for fear of getting a “nasty Truth Social post on them”. But what are they like when they think nobody is listening?

“It will shock people. I watched many of my Republican colleagues go from making fun of him, making fun of how he talks, making fun of me, constantly, for supporting him o when he won the primary in 2024, they all started kissing his *** and decided to put on a MAGA hat for the first time.”

Oh they’re cowards? Who could have known?

This is objectively amusing but shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. To most stuff-shirted Republicans, Trump is the tasteless loudmouth ruining the vibe at the country club. They’re absolutely fine with Trump’s performative cruelty, but does he have to be quite so gauche about it?

But they’re in a Sophie’s choice position. They could courageously maintain their dignity and sacrifice their careers for what they claim to believe in (as MTG appears to have done). Or, the vastly more popular option, they can shrink into quisling obedience and mutter “yes sir, of course sir, you’re amazing sir” in Trump’s ear as they hope he doesn’t turn on them.

I mean, say what you like about Marjorie Taylor Greene herself, but at least she’s not a hypocrite!
