Given that ICE goons have spent the last year beating, brutalizing, and occasionally murdering their way across the nation, perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised that their background checkers aren’t the best in the business.
ICE isn’t looking for people with strong moral character or a functioning conscience, they’re looking for sociopaths craving power over their fellow Americans, and a deep-seated desire to terrorize the population from behind the safety of a mask and body armor.
So, perhaps it shouldn’t come as a surprise that an ICE background checker – one of the men evaluating applicants – is a Grade A creep.
Yesterday, Booker Hodgers, police chief in Bloomington, Minnesota, announced that 36-year-old Department of Defense contractor Brashad Johnson was one of 30 suspects arrested in an undercover operation in Minnesota named “Operation Lookin’ for Love…In All the Wrong Places.”

"Rashad Johnson out of Maple Grove. This is the most disturbing arrest that we've had here. He is a backgrounder for ICE, Homeland Security, and federal agencies."

He said:
“This is the most disturbing arrest that we’ve had here. He is a backgrounder for ICE, Homeland Security and federal agencies, so when you’re getting your security clearance this is one of the guys that does your backgrounds, which is kind of scary. So, we locked him up. These people get a high security clearance, right? … And you come here trying to purchase sex? So we locked him up. I don’t think he’s going to be passing a background check no time soon.”
They’re not sending their best
A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson has pushed back on the Minneapolis PD’s claim, disavowing any connection whatsover with Johnson. As reported by The Independent, they say:
“This individual is NOT an ICE employee or contractor. He has no affiliation with ICE. This is just another smear peddled by sanctuary politicians and the media leading to a 1,300% increase in assaults against our brave ICE law enforcement.”
Yeah well, at this point, after all the countless outright lies you’ve already told, I’m afraid I simply don’t believe you.
But, frankly, we shouldn’t be surprised about any of this. It’s currently unclear exactly what Johnson is being charged with and when he’ll appear in court. But we can only agree with the Minneapolis PD that it’s unlikely he’ll be passing any background check anytime soon.
