‘They are pointing their middle finger!’: Karoline Leavitt scandalized by ICE protester gesture literal days after Trump did the exact same thing

One of the more amusing hypocrisies of MAGA is that they’ll simultaneously say the most offensive, rude, and aggressive things they can think of and call you a snowflake if you get mad. At the same time, reflect even a molecule of that back at them, and they’ll gasp like scandalized Sunday School teachers.

Your feelings? Ripe for being trampled on, and you’re a sucker if you get upset at anything we say. Their feelings? A precious wittle baby bird that must be swaddled in cotton wool to prevent the mean and nasty world from spoiling its innocence.

Case in point: Karoline Leavitt‘s ridiculous feigned outrage at Minneapolis ICE protesters *gasp* giving the middle finger to the camera. The horror! *faints dead away*:

Okay, so on one side, we have people flipping off a camera. On the other we have government thugs executing a woman in the street. Yeah, I think I know which side my bread’s buttered!

Being rude: bad. Murder: A-OK.

Anyhow, as I’m sure you’re all aware, criticizing people for flipping off someone is a bit rich coming literal days after Trump did exactly the same thing to a group of Michigan auto workers. One of them yelled that Trump was a “pedophile protector”, and Trump very presidentially angrily mouthed “f**k you” and flipped them off.

I guess it’s one rule for them and another for us? Same as it ever was. Incidentally, that heckler is now sitting pretty on a cool half million. He was suspended from his job at the auto plant, but a GoFundMe set up to support him raised $480,920. So at least someone’s getting a silver lining out of all this.

In future, just remember the Trump administration’s lesson here. Making a mean and rude gesture to a camera? Disgusting and vile behavior that those involved should be punished for. Blasting three bullets into an innocent woman’s face, smearing her as a “domestic terrorist”, and ensuring the killer escapes justice? Actually fine. Whatever. Just one of those things!
