There’s always more, and it’s always – always – worse. A week ago, a vast tranche of Jeffrey Epstein‘s emails was released to the public, exposing a sickening web of corruption, abuse, and mindboggling evil.
Of course, we already knew Epstein was running a child sex trafficking ring while socializing with some of the most powerful men in the world, but poring over the precise details and seeing his correspondence with men who still somehow have not been prosecuted is stomach-churning.
Now, somehow, the sheer incompetence of Trump’s Department of Justice has made things so much worse. Enterprising Redditor @kali005 realized there were multiple files included in the official release that were wrongly saved as .pdfs. If you simply change the file extension to .mov or .mp4 they become playable videos.
And the contents? Okay, look, these are Jeffrey Epstein’s videos. What do you think is in them? There is no way I am going to directly link any of them in this article, and I strongly advise against viewing any of the decoded videos linked in the Reddit thread for the sake of your own sanity.
“This is nightmare inducing…”
If you are curious, some unfortunate Redditors have viewed them and have provided descriptions of the content. This includes footage of young teenage girls interacting with Epstein, footage from Little St. James, interviews with teenage girls, and footage of much younger children. Apparently, the worst of the material is censored, but there is no way in heck I am going to verify that for myself.
For a taste of the reactions, look no further than the comments from those who saw them: “the f–k did i just see, this is so traumatizing”, “dude this sends shivers down my spine”, “this is nightmare inducing…”, “I need a break. I can’t believe people investigate this full time”, and “I’m not gonna sleep tonight.”
Judging by the descriptions of the videos, these are things that were never supposed to be made public. Someone at the DOJ has royally messed up by making these available to the public, as the Trump administration has apparently officially released an enormous archive of CSAM to the public. You would think they’d learned from the last redacting debacle!
And worse, there’s no stuffing this genie back into the bottle, as even if they take these videos off the official site, they’re still out there. Forever.
