Trump said to be furious at Kash Patel for beer-chugging, taxpayer-funded Olympics wild weekend

Even die-hard MAGA devotees aren’t happy with Kash Patel. The current FBI director’s tenure has been marked by repeated incidents of high-profile incompetence, combined with low-key fury that he’s making the entire administration look bad by frittering away taxpayers’ money flying his country singer girlfriend around.

All that was underlined in a recent video of Patel downing beers and hooting like a moron in the locker room of the U.S. men’s hockey team after their gold medal win at the Winter Olympics.

So, why was the FBI director chugging beer with a hockey team and posting his partying antics on social media? Uh, well, uhm. Okay, I guess there is no reason for him to be there.

Now, as per NBC News, Donald Trump himself is furious with Patel for this booze-soused excursion. Trump, who is teetotal and famously has a poor opinion of drunk people, is said to have told Patel that he’s unhappy with his behavior. The exact wording of Trump’s scolding is unknown, but he certainly sounds furious.

Trump’s displeasure was compounded by Patel taking this four-day trip on your dime. Patel’s totally unnecessary flight to Milan is said to have cost around $100,000, with his accommodation, transport, security, entertainment, and food likely to have boosted that by an even larger amount.

It should be noted that Patel is required to reimburse the government for the use of planes. However, he only needs to cover the cost of a commercial ticket, which doesn’t come close to covering the full cost of using an FBI jet.

Frankly, we can see why Trump is furious. After all, it’s one thing for the president to live in opulence, but quite another for the FBI Director to be living a subsidized party lifestyle on the taxpayer’s dime. Plus, at least theoretically, there should be some dignity to the office of FBI Director, but we suspect what’s left of that dribbled down Patel’s inner thigh as he stumbled out of the urinals.

So far, Trump has resisted sacking officials who’ve screwed up, but we suspect there will be a changing of the guard at some point this year. If there are necks to be placed on the proverbial chopping block, Patel’s has to be top of his list.

But hey, if (when) he’s booted out of his cushy job, he can always follow his pal Dan Bongino and return to the illustrious world of manosphere podcasting!
