Image has been reviewed by Israeli Defense Forces prior to transmission) Israeli soldiers guard while escorting members of the press near the Gaza European Hospital near Khan Yunis on June 8, 2025 in Khan Yunis, Gaza. According to the Israeli military, it struck Hamas "underground infrastructure" beneath the European Hospital on May 13, reportedly killing Hamas chief Muhammad Sinwar, younger brother of the militant group's former leader, Yahya Sinwar, who was killed by Israeli forces last year. The Hamas-run civil defence said that during the strike six bombs hit the hospital's inner courtyard and surrounding area, killing 28 people and injuring dozens more. The IDF alleges tunnels under the European Hospital in southern Gaza were used by Hamas as a command center during the October 7, 2023 Hamas attack on Israel, masterminded by Yahya Sinwar. US Green Beret contractor in Gaza says 5-year-old Palestinian boy kissed his hand after he gave him food, IDF shot him dead seconds later

"Indiscriminate and unnecessary force against an unarmed, starving civilian population".

Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. Their lies that Hamas is stealing food are preposterous. Their claims that images of skeletal, starving children are faked are insulting. Their homicidal “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” is exposed as a front for mass murder.

The situation has gotten so bad that even Donald Trump was forced to admit that there is “real starvation” in Gaza. He also tacitly acknowledged that Israel is to blame by unveiling a plan to bypass Israel with US-run food distribution centers, hopefully run by people who won’t open fire on desperate civilians.

Proof of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation’s crimes is stacking up, and now we have witness testimony from a former US Green Beret, Anthony Agular, who sounds genuinely traumatized by what he experienced.

Agular was tasked with distributing rice when a 5-year-old Palestinian boy named Amir approached him. Grateful for the life-saving food, Amir reached out to kiss his hand. Then, as Amir departed, the IDF opened fire on the crowd with pepper spray. Seconds later, Agular saw Amir’s bullet-riddled corpse lying in the dirt:

“He walked back to the group and then he was shot at with pepper spray, and tear gas, and stun grenades, and bullets shot at his feet and in the air. And he runs away scared. And the IDF were shooting at the crowd.

So they’re shooting to control the population that’s along the corridor and as they’re doing that they’re shooting into this crowd. Palestinians. Civilians. Human beings are dropping to the ground, getting shot. And Amir was one of them. Amir walked 12 kilometers to get food, got nothing but scraps, thanked us for it, and died.”

“Brutality”

Agular underlines that these are human beings and that he’s utterly horrified by what the IDF does, saying that “ISIS prisoners were treated with more dignity”. He also drew on his extensive military experience from postings around the world, concluding:

“In my entire career, I have never witnessed the level of brutality and use of indiscriminate and unnecessary force against an unarmed, starving civilian population – until I was in Gaza at the hands of the IDF and US contractors.”

The response to this will be the same as it always is. Agular is lying, there is no starvation, if there is starvation it’s Hamas’ fault, this would all be over if they released the hostages and so on. Absolute garbage: Israel is open and frank about its plans to ethnically cleanse Gaza, seize the territory, and then redevelop a beachside resort on top of the shattered bones of its current residents.

Evidence and eyewitness accounts of Israel’s crimes are now stacked up a mile high. Even some of Israel’s closest allies and supporters are feeling nauseated and guilty. We can only hope those in the IDF and Israeli government who’ve facilitated these crimes against humanity face appropriate justice at the Hague.
