‘It’s 1000% a human’: Terrified woman spots furry watching her from behind a wall but apparently it’s a regular occurrence

While not everybody understands the hobby, the furry community is generally harmless. However, one woman from the U.K. is looking to move out of her home after spotting a man dressed as an animal lurking right outside her residence late at night.

Ellena Walker recorded the scary encounter from her car, from which she was too afraid to get out of. In the clip posted to TikTok, she describes what she’s seeing, telling viewers, “[there] is someone dressed up as an animal with ears on, it’s 1000% a human, and they’ve got like fluffy ears and from what I can see some f***ing face paint.” Sounds like a furry may be living on her road.

Creepy men behaving strangely is nothing new for TikTok, but this is a whole new level. The man is standing behind the church wall, opposite where she’s parked. Ellena pans the camera around to give us a better view of what she’s talking about and we see a blurry figure poking over. It’s just the head poking over a wall but it’s a somewhat disturbing sight nonetheless.

Of course, that’s not the weirdest thing you’ll ever see in the U.K. but it’s definitely up there.

A terrifying sight

Regardless, Ellena’s fear is completely understandable. As previously mentioned, furries are mostly harmless but seeing someone dress and behave in such an unusual way, especially in the dark, would no doubt strike fear into even the bravest of souls. Ellena clearly didn’t know what to make of the situation with the furry and it left her feeling too afraid to leave her car.

The video cuts to Ellena within the safety of her home where she explains that she had to call her neighbors to come and walk her from her car to her home as she did not feel safe. They also explained to her that this wasn’t even an unusual occurrence for the neighborhood as it turns out that two of the residents on the road often dress up as animals and poke their heads over the wall.

Ellena was shocked to learn that this wasn’t a one-off and that it had been happening the whole time she had been living there. The information prompted her to ask viewers “who has any houses up for rent near them?” She vowed to move after learning about the furries on her road. 

Technically this guy isn’t doing anything wrong but the furry outfit still put Ellena on edge. “Report stuff like that to the police,” recommended one viewer. Another asked, “Why would they waste their time?” while a third added, “WHY IS THAT SOMETHING THEY DO ON A REGULAR BASIS HELLO?” Who’s to say why these people are doing what they do, but one thing’s for certain, it’s pretty creepy.
