‘Them bathroom conversations be real’: Bathroom chat results in women being locked in bar after staff forget they’re in there

Drunk chats can often get incredibly deep very fast and it’s easy to get lost in the conversation without even realizing it. A woman and her friend on TikTok managed to get so lost in their chat that they failed to realize the bar they’re in has completely emptied and shut up shop for the night.

The two women shared the moment they realized they were completely alone on TikTok. The video was posted to the app by Carol, the woman who recorded the whole ordeal. We see the pair cautiously walking out of the bathroom to a dark and oh so empty bar. The caption reads “we were so deep in our conversation that we walked out the bathroom and the bar had closed.” 

When they walk out it’s deadly quiet and it doesn’t even sound like the staff are even in the building. There are many questions of course, how long were these two in the bathroom? What were they talking about? How did the staff not notice them there?

One could be forgiven for thinking the two women had stumbled into some sort of alternate dimension, the dead silence feels like the beginning of a zombie movie.

How long was that conversation?

Must have been quite the conversation for the two women to not even notice the mass exodus that apparently occurred while they were in the bathroom. Of course, those drunk chats can go on for an eternity but the fact they somehow remained oblivious to the bar closing is hilarious.

“Those bar bathroom girl chats just hit different. It’s like we go out just to talk amongst ourselves,” wrote one viewer. Another asked how the bar staff failed to hear the girls chatting after they stopped the music. A third asked, “so..the employees didn’t clean the bathrooms then?” Apparently they didn’t on this occasion.

Another viewer recommended that the two women should have taken the opportunity to do a photoshoot while there was no one around but it turns out the pair had already thought of that as Carol provided a mini shoot sesh the two had while alone in the bar.

What many viewers really wanted to know was what happened next. Unfortunately Carol never did give us a storytime to explain what actually went down. We can see from her TikTok page that she evidently escaped but how the pair managed to get out is a mystery, perhaps there was a manager in the backroom doing the final part of the close. 

Who knows, the moral of the story here is to remain aware of your surroundings, even when you’re lost in a drunk yap sesh.
