Andrew Tate ‘extradition package’ alleges ‘extreme’ images of eels and horses and ‘indecent videos’ of children were found on his phone

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate were arrested on July 18 by US Marshals in Miami on a UK extradition request relating to 59 criminal charges, including rape, possession of indecent images of children, and human trafficking. Since then, the pair have been imprisoned in Miami’s Federal Detention Center as the extradition process continues.

The duo have spent their time in the Detention Center complaining about the conditions they’re being subjected to, with Andrew claiming he doesn’t have hot water, is dealing with a roach infestation in his cell, and that guards are being rude to him.

Now the full details of his and his brother’s “extradition” package have been made public, and they make for some truly disturbing reading. The document details “extreme pornographic images” discovered on his phone, including “a person performing an act of intercourse with a live animal, namely an eel” and “a person performing an act of intercourse with a live animal, namely a horse.”

Further exhibits reportedly include a video on his phone depicting Tate himself “seated on a bed and speaking directly to camera.” As per the description provided by “an appropriately trained officer,” a “female child” in lingerie and wearing a “championship belt” is seen behind him kissing his neck. An adult female enters the scene and begins kissing the child, “who has her hand on Andrew Tate’s shoulder.”

A separate video “depicts a female child wearing lingerie, stockings, and high-heeled footwear, together with heavy make-up and cat-ear headwear.” The video then reportedly goes on to show off the child’s body as she poses for the camera.

There are also conversations between Andrew Tate and his associates in which they share images of the “female child” and discuss paying her $1,000 a day to perform violent sex acts upon herself. Further messages between Tate and the child reportedly show her explaining, “that her parents have discovered she is doing webcam and believes that Andrew Tate is using her as a prostitute.” Tate allegedly asks the child, “what will he (her father) do if I tell him your not coming [home].” He’s said to conclude they must lie to the father, and tell him his daughter has “gone to live [elsewhere].”

As of writing, no final extradition hearing date has been set, though the Miami judge has asked lawyers to propose dates for it. Neither Tate nor his brother has entered formal pleas relating to UK charges. The pair are also facing a second extradition request from Romanian prosecutors, who have filed an indictment charging Andrew with trafficking minors, sex with a minor, money laundering (and related claims) and Tristan with complicity in trafficking minors and money laundering.
