Oklahoma City authorities are investigating allegations of reproductive coercion involving a minor expecting multiples, according to court documents viewed by the local news outlet, KFOR,

In December 2025, Oklahoma police investigated a report of a sexually-assaulted 14-year-old girl.  Child Protective Services (CPS) learned the girl was pregnant with twins and determined the father could be her 36-year-old stepfather.

The girl’s mother told police her daughter wanted siblings, and she wanted children with her boyfriend, but was unable to because of tubal ligation.

Her mother denied that her boyfriend impregnated her daughter, but authorities received a warrant to collect a DNA sample. It’s unclear if they were able to do so.

The girl, now 15, and due in late March 2026, is in protective custody. Her mother has reportedly left for California, and her boyfriend’s location is unknown. No criminal charges have been filed.

Court documents also mention that another sibling was removed from the mother’s home and placed into protective custody alongside the 15-year-old victim.

Under Oklahoma law, like statutes in many states, there are strict protections against sexual activity involving minors, regardless of claims of consent.

If investigators determine that an adult engaged in sexual conduct with the teen, potential charges could include sexual abuse of a minor. Additionally, coercion or trafficking-related offenses could be considered if evidence suggests the pregnancy was arranged or pressured.

Advocates for child welfare say the case underscores the importance of mandatory reporting laws and the role schools, medical providers, and community members play in identifying potential abuse.

For now, the teen remains in state custody, where social workers are coordinating prenatal care and counseling services. Officials have not said whether the babies will remain with her after birth or be placed in foster care, noting that such decisions will depend on court findings and the young mother’s long-term support plan.

In similar cases, in January 2026, investigators with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrested a 47-year-old man, Rodolfo Perez-Solano, and his 44-year-old wife after a minor reported she was pregnant and identified him as the father, per KFOR.

Both face multiple charges, including child sexual abuse, child abuse, and child sexual exploitation. The investigation uncovered allegations of abuse going back several years.

In 2025, an 11-year-old girl in Muskogee, Oklahoma, gave birth at home without medical care. Law enforcement later charged her stepfather, Dustin Walker, with child sexual abuse after DNA confirmed he was the baby’s father, and her mother, Cherie Walker, was charged with enabling child sexual abuse and felony child neglect. The couple also faced neglect charges related to the conditions in the home.

Prosecutors in that same Muskogee case also charged the girl’s grandmother with multiple felony counts of child neglect for knowing about the pregnancy and not reporting it to authorities.
